Margaret Womack-Robinson

Robinson graduated cum laude from Missouri Southern in 1986 with a degree in secondary education-physical education, and went on to receive a master’s degree in secondary leadership from the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. The Lady Lions’ career record holder with a 24.2 career scoring average, she was a four-year letterwinner and a second-team NAIA All-American. Also a four-time All-District pick and a three-time All-CSIC honoree, she finished her career with 1,747 points, good enough for second on the Lady Lions’ charts. The 1985-86 CSIC Player of the Year and 1986 E.O. and Virginia Humphrey Award winner as Missouri Southern’s Student-Athlete of the Year.

At the time of her induction, Robinson was a biology teacher and administrative assistant at Russellville (Ark.) High School.
